Shipping Returns
All custom tubs from American Wood Tubs are insured against damage. We use the utmost care in packing wood bathtubs for shipping, but do, on rare occasion, have a package damaged in shipment.
United States:
We will send a replacement tub within our normal turnaround time for tub builds.
International:
We will issue a full refund for damaged orders
IF YOUR BATHTUB ARRIVES WITH ANY DAMAGE:
1. Take pictures of the original packaging and retain that packaging. DO NOT LET THE SHIPPING COMPANY TAKE THE PACKAGING! This is very important. In order to file a claim, we must have the original packaging.
2. Take pictures of any damage to the tub.
3. Please send us an email with any pictures that you can to [email protected]
4. We will review the photos, and file a claim with the carrier. We will issue a replacement unit or refund as appropriate.
All damage claims must be made within 5 days of delivery so please double-check your tub for any damage when it first arrives.
Custom Order Returns and Exchanges
Custom orders cannot be returned for refund, or exchanged for another custom order, other than for shipping damage as stated above.
Canceling or Changing Custom Orders
Once an order is placed , it cannot be canceled. If there are unexpeced changes to be made, we will make every effort to make accommodations, but these situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis and it is not guaranteed that any changes can be made.
